Returns and Shipping


All items will be shipped up to 3-5 days after purchase. Via Royal Mail first class.

You will receive an email once you have placed your order and another when your item has been shipped.

Please check Junk emails before getting in contact regarding no shipment email.

All items are sent untracked as standard, if you would like tracked postage please select option at delivery.

We Are Rotator LTD products are priced in GBP. If you are ordering from overseas please be aware of the current exchange rate. International deliveries will take longer to arrive and may require a customs charge in the destination country. Any charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check this with the postal service in your country.


All items are thoroughly quality checked throughout the process of packing.

If you are unhappy with the product, please notify us within 3 days of the delivery date to arrange a refund or exchange via the contact page on the website. Goods must be returned in perfect and resellable condition including all packaging. We cannot refund original delivery or delivery return costs. When returning products we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as We Are Rotator LTD will not accept liability for items lost in the post whilst being returned.
